Progressive Relaxation

In a progressive relaxation session the client learns to work with their subconscious mind to reduce their stress, anxiety, and fear while promoting confidence, breakthroughs, and changes.  
The subconscious mind is very powerful; it is where a person stores their true power.   It is a known fact that most people use only 10% of their subconscious mind. If a person used 90% of their subconscious mind they could accomplish so much more in their life with far less effort.

Maureen teaches progressive relaxation techniques in simple but effective steps that have helped hundreds clients in the following areas:
